Life can be challenging and at times can feel overwhelming. During these times, it can be helpful to have a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel heard and supported. Counselling and psychotherapy will provide you with the space to discuss and explore issues which are important to you or causing you worry, help you to gain an understanding or insight into who you are and what your values might be, and find ways to live a more meaningful and fulfilling life. As your therapist, I provide the space that helps you to explore issues that might be impacting your life, such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, work-related stress, relationship issues and exploring sexuality and gender identity.
